Adult Literacy Program
​Do you want to improve your reading?

       Literacy Chicago's adult literacy program provides a safe and comfortable place for adults to learn to read.
       Each of our ten weekly classes has its own distinctive style, taught by our dynamic and engaged teachers. All students are welcome in our classes. In small group settings students learn how to read, comprehend and analyze books, newspapers and other documents.
       They also improve their writing skills, focusing on punctuation, grammar and spelling. We strive to put them at ease and increase their confidence.
